  • Pan Seared then Oven Roasted Portland Porterhouse  - with a wholegrain mustard & herb crust served with port wine and peppercorn sauce 
  • White Wine Coq au Vin  -  Corn fed chicken slow braised in white wine  with baby onions, thyme and button mushrooms  atop pureed roasted sweet potato and steamed greens
  • Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon Fillet  -  Served with lemon butter sauce
